Toss up game IMO
Could completley go either way. Washington may come out and play well and win....Chicago may play a good game and beat the Skins.
Really don't which team to play outright....though I slightly lean to the Bears.
So with all that said....I see a little value in the ML (+140) so that is what I am going to play
