What browser are you using?
SSL needs to be set correctly, encryption, cookies enabled, popup blocker, hosts, firewall, etc....
The internet is getting more and more complex, to keep everyone safe!
Everytime you install new antivirus software, your settings change!
BTW, if you are using windows XP, service pack 3 is out!
