Rules Question
When is a Formula 1 race official for wagering puposes? Logans is refusing to pay a wager on Lewis Hamilton because of a technical disqualification hours after the race's conclusion and podium ceremony. Does anyone know the official rule on this? Also I'm curious as to whether anyone else bet this race with another book and how they graded it. Thanks for any help.
