It's normal in this day and age to pay for a w/d.
As far as id/utility bills go, that's to prevent against fraud and bonus abusing. Believe it or not, it's a big issue out there. Also credit card chargebacks.
Their just protecting themselves and Ive never heard of any issues with handing over that info to any legit book advertised on this site.
Some books do offer free w/d's still.
One book that is totally underrated that offers everything under the sun to bet on is
Wagerweb. I think they offer one free w/d per 30 days. They pay lightening fast too.
