Dodgers +120 to win the NLDS against STL

I have the phillies and cards to win the NL, so by taking LAD to win the NLDS over STL I can guarantee some profit from the LAD/STL matchup. If LAD wins, I profit .2 units and have another opportunity to hedge on LAD if PHI makes the NLCS. If STL wins, I have another opportunity to hedge in the NLCS to get my 1 unit from LAD back.
