It was fixed limit and i went all in (He could only match me at that point as it was just us) I don't remember how much each bet was i think i misused my words, the pot ended up being 575 after me and him went after it.. so do i just consider it a bad beat for what i put in the pot or how much the whole pot was, after that game i made stupid plays to try to regain the money id lost.. ended the night down $500 sorry for confusion,

anyone got some tips on sites that help you learn a good strategy, so far all ive had is luck, then oobviously bad luck, like is this whole pot odds and what not really that helpful?
