Nigel's 11/13 Pick
YTD: 0-1 -- -2 units
Xavier -4.5 @ Miami -- 3 units Xavier exceeded expectations last Saturday. They played with intensity and were focused. The team looked a lot more on the same page than I was expecting. Miami is a minor local rivalry, but X has had recent success at Millet Hall. Miami lost its best player in Peavy and this is their first game of the year. I would much rather play a Charlie Coles (who I absolutely love) coached team in November than March. Think X is too athletic and deep for Miami tonight. I like X winning by 8+ tonight. GL!
