Nova is one of the better teams in the Big East, and it is time to start that separation. Coming off a BRUTAL loss to Rutgers. Nova, tenth in the Big East, got wrecked by Rutgers, previously winless in the Big East. Notre Dame has lost both road Big East games, to Marquette and Georgetown. Villanova is 8-0 this year at home. Notre Dame averages nearly 20 points less per game on the road when compared to home games( 84.4 vs 65.5. Villanova leads the all-time series between these teams 16-13, including an 11-3 mark since Notre Dame joined the Big East in 1995-96. Last season, each team won on the road in the series.
