I think Winthrop's defense looks a little less shiny when it's coming from the Big South. There is a reason that this conference doesn't get odds on conference games, it's because it's not widely followed, and it's too tough to predict game to game. (Offensive inconsistency) The Cougars put up a #1 ranking defense in the Pac-10 division. One of the most offensively talented conferences in the country. I can see thier time killing half-court offense wearing the Eagles down. This in turn could weaken the Eagles 2nd half offense attack. I'm taking the lower line with some added juice because in a defensive clash like this, EVERY basket counts. I'm laying off of USC because the game is right down the road from K St. and both are good young teams. I think I've got a better chance at Wazzou coming up big defensively tonight and keeping Winthrop under 50. We'll see.

Ok I was looking at the Cats and Geogre Mason... but also a couple totals. I liked the Under in the UCLA game and the Over in the Arizona game.

EDIT** I was going to wait until halftime to get a better line, but seeing as the 1st half total on the UCLA game is 58, I'm just going to make a smaller play on the Under feeling confident that OT won't bust this one and take some extra juice for an extra bucket. That's all for tonight guys.

Almost... that's an adjusted line of 122. Tough to say... I mean it's always your call. If I were you I'd lay off just because that is now lower than where the line opened at around 123. I knew something was up when the 1st half total was 58 and not 60+. Good Luck with whatever you decide to do.
