Default Big East Basketball

Is there any doubt that the Big East is tops in the nation? 7-1 in the 1st round, and now WVA knocks off Duke.

congrats...you have 16 teams to try and get 8 good ones.

and actually the top of the big east was better than any conference. the bottom 6 teams in the big east are pure horse ****, though, and the Pac 10 from top to bottom was a much deeper conference than the BigEast. 9 teams out of 10 in the Pac10 were solid as opposed to the big8 or 9 fromthe big east out of 16.

look FF... I have thought all year long that the Pac10 was a top notch conference.... I do think, however, that they have been a little over-hyped (a knee jerk reaction to "east coast bias" claims of late)... PARTICULARY USC... I have admittedly watched more Big East basketball than Pac-10 ball.... that being said, I watched almost the entire Pac-10 conf tourny, and I was slightly unimpressed. UCLA is obviously upper echelon nationally.. no dispute there... Stanford looks to be pretty good too... but WSU looked flukey to me, and USC seemed very overrated.... I think USC was MUCH better last year.... I have seen Arizona the most of all the pac-10 teams this year... and they are big time underachievers.... could be the whole coaching thing weighing on them, i understand....

Rutgers, Seton Hall, Providence, Depaul, St.Johns, South Florida....some very good teams there .....

all in the post season i believe..........

the big east in terms of the top of the conference was the best, IMO. but they had some really piss poor teams that dragged down the overall make up. i just don't think you can say it was the best conference from top to bottom. but definitely had the most talent in the top of the league vs. any other conference

well i didnt say top to bottom... just the best.... and i based it upon the postseason.... not the scrubby teams that every conference has that nobody cares about.
