My thoughts on the Purdue game.

The line of this game tells me Vegas thinks it will be very close. If they thought OSU was going to win, they would have made the line OSU -1 or -2 or something and a flood of money would have been dumped on Purdue. I think it is too close for comfort for a bet.

Eastern Michigan Emus +9.5 -103 ................................2*

They really suck.

Kentucky -10.5 -104 .................................................. .2*

I hate em but will play off of 2 losses.

Air Force +12 -110 .................................................. ....2*

They really suck too.

San Diego State +5.5 -107 ...........................................3*

One of my more underrated teams in the NCAA.

actually that was a good game.....don't think it was more than a 3 or 4 point game either way until the end of OT.

That was a big win for the buckeyes.

IMO Purdue is way overrated, you can make the argument by seasons end da Buckeyes will be the better team. Mullens will be the starting center for the Clippers next year. If Lighty was active OSU wins this game by 15. Wrong team favored in this game.

You do realize that Purdue's best player was out today...... All 3 losses in Big Ten he did not play. .... and this game went to OT, despite Ohio State being at home and shooting 60%. Purdue leads the nation in FG% defense....

Did Mullens even make a FG tonight that was not a dunk? I've only seen him play here and there this year but I have to say I haven't been all that impressed, especially on the offensive end. Turner, on the other hand, is an absolute baller. He was HS teammates w/D Mac for IL at St. Joes (no more than 10 min from my house) and they were pretty sick back in the day.

Mullens is still a baby, 7 footer with athleticism. Sure all of his FG's were dunks, but did he have a choice. Kid is the real deal. Dont take personal Boiler, just feel Purdue is overrated. If they played in da Big East they would be average at best.
