My boldest prediction ever here at the forum?
This may be my boldest forum prediction ever, despite I think I called an 18 point dog as a straight up winner once.
PORTLAND STATE will beat Xavier today as a +10.5 underdog. I'll be back later tonight to eat crow if I'm wrong. And no, this is not a homer play. I hate Portland St. Im a Portland Pilots fan!

i agree i live in portland and i hate the vikings im a oregon duck 4life
but i have to agree with you this team is very balanced and can shoot the 3. by balanced i mean they have 4 guys who average more than 11 points per game this is not a low rated team who relies on 1 guy to carry them it can vary from night to night, i personally think dominguez is a punk but he comes up with some plays that just energize this team, xavier has problems with team who shoot the 3, if portland state gets there average i think u will be right. they had a good showing vs ku last year and xavier is nothing compared to last years defending champs this psu team is identical to last year so watch out x-men the vikings are sailing ur way

Xavier is a GREAT home team. No way do I make this call if they're on the home floor. Vulnerable on the road though, even to teams LESSER than PSU as far as I'm concerned. Hey Dukies, what part of PDX are you from?

I'm going to take X -3.5 for the 2nd half...I think X's size, length and athleticism is just going to wear down Portland State. GL with the prediction...

Good game, Kevin....too much size, wing span and athleticism for PSU. It can be easy to forget just how athletic X can be.....they didn't beat Mizz, Va Tech, Memphis, and @ LSU for no reason.
