If Women's Hoops wasn't already worthless enough.....
can somebody explain to me how a 9 seed gets to play on their home floor in the tournament?? and the #1 seed has to play them at their place??
hey Duke, you're a #1 seed and you get to fly 1000 miles to play 9 seed MSU on their home floor...congrats...... I mean that has to be the all time stupidest thing i have ever heard of...... congratulations 13 seed Portland State, you get to host the regional this year....  women's basketball...

I was wondering the exact same thing. Rutgers got to play on their home floor for two games and they are a 7 seed. Beat 10 VCU and #2 Auburn on their home court. How is that fair?

Another reason to re-seed etc. after first round games, etc.....when you picks sites ahead of time this crap happens. Exactly why I also think the OHSAA should re-seed and at each tournament and not have an undefeated ranked #2 in the state playing a #4 ranked team in the regional semifinals when the other side of the bracket had a team with 7 losses and another who got hot in the tournament or had an easier road and has 10 losses.
