correct me if I am wrong, I think the line should be Memphis -7, and why Memphis is only giving -3.

not sure I agree that Memphis should give 7 to anyone. It looks like the bookies agree that this is a matchup of 2 bad teams, and give the 3 point nod to the home squad. Both of these teams are pretty bad--just holding my nose and playing a side just to have a little action.
