I like the Hokies in this matchup. Georgia Tech is without Tashard Choice who is their only real legitimate offensive threat. VT doesn't have many threats on offense either but I think that Georgia Tech is prone to play a more risky style of football which leads to mistakes and turnovers, which are two things you can't have against Virginia Tech.

Since this game features two inept offenses the under seems like a good play here. I just can't imagine a scenario under which either of these teams scores more than 2 touchdowns apiece.
