it's no secret fau has struggled. losing on a hail mary pass to end the midd. tenn. game last week also hurts. if fau had pulled that game out, they'd be favored in this game. rusty smith was not a one year fluke....and now, he really has something to prove. his NFL stock is being questioned at this point. i think he steps up tonight.

one last thing, paris being back at center also allows the rest of the o-line to play their natural positions.

if fau loses this, the conf. is gone. they know it. schnellenberger went off on them after the last loss.
