Everyone has a boner for WV today for some reason. I don't get it. Maybe I'm missing something

I mean they've done well on offense, but haven't really showed an ability to stop UNC except for that one goal line stand. How that translates into being favored in the 2H by 3 pts, i have no idea.

I agree with your assessment of the Big 10 as well. As i was glancing over the bowl game lines in advance, i remember liking the Big 10 in every one, or at least almost every one.

Michigan St +8 vs UGA seems way too high, and Minny +9.5 against crappy Kansas is a flat out joke. There's a huge dog to take on the ML if i ever saw one

I faded NC today rather than play WVU. NC did not finish the year very strong. I also believed (and I see you did not) that White would play well. He needs to impress NFL scouts....even though I dont think he has much of a chance.

I also think the Ohio State line is a joke. And Mizz does not have the defense to stop NW and cover a TD.....my opinion.

Oh I agree with all of em, lol...those were just the 2 that came to mind.

I don't think White has a hope in hell of being an NFL QB, although certainly someone will take him and make him a "slash" type guy, or something. He might be too small to be a straight up WR though, ie Matt Jones, Randle El, Michael Robinson, Hines Ward (few know he was a college QB i think), and guys like that who successfully made the transition to from college QB to NFL WR

I mean I'm not surprised White is doing well today, as obviously he's a huge talent as a college level QB.....nor am I surprised WV can't stop UNC however. UNC is a very good football team with some big time athletes and talent.

I see your reasoning though, and understand where you were coming from with not wanting to back a team who was sorta limping in to their bowl game
