another lack luster OSU effort but (a) give navy tons of credit and (b) OSU is not a very good football team at this point in the season. They should have handled Navy up front and they didn't move them on either side of the ball all day long for the most part until the 4th quarter. They really missed Small at WR as Washington stinks.
