Thursady Game:

Clemson (1-0) at Ga Tech (1-0)
Both Teams are Coming Off week 1 W's with Clem Beating M. Tenn St 37-14 Covering the 18 1/2 pt Spread and Ga Tech Beating Jacksonville St 37-17 without a Line..Both Games were played at Home and were Warmups to Start the Season with Not Much Shown..In their 1st Game Clem had to Play a Spread Attack Offense which their Team is Not Best Fitted for with their Leading Tackler from 2008 not Playing much at LB Kavell Conner (12 Tackles in 2008's Game) because of Adding Extra DB's..Clem will Face One of the Best Rushing Teams in the ACC and College vs Ga Tech which Ave 273 Yards Rushing per Game in 2008..In week 1 Ga Tech Rolled up almost 500 Total Yards with 335 Rushing on 50 Attps. and will have 8 O-Lineman Rotating into the Game...Clem will be Helped at Both O-Line and D-Line as they are One of the Best Units in College at the Line of Scrim on both sides on the Ball..Clem D did Hold Ga Tech to 298 Total Yards (207 Rushing) of Offense in 2008 which was Below their Ave..Clem also had 6 Turnovers in Last Years 21-17 Loss at Home to Ga Tech when Coach Tommy Bowden Resigned the Week Before after a 12-7 Loss at W Forest..Setting at 3-3 when Hopes were high at Clem in 2008..Ga Tech has a Great Rushing Attack with RB Jonathan Dwyer..Heisman Watch which I Say he Finishes in Top 3 at End of Year..which Opened the Game vs Jack St with a 74 Yard TD Run on the 1st Carry..Then to ADD Clem Man CJ Spiller ran a Kickoff Back 96 Yards..Very Good Runners..Some worry at Punting for Ga Tech with Chandler Anderson not getting his Punts off Quick enough and Clem knows this..Ga Tech has Won the Last 4 of 5 Games in Close Played hard Fought Def Battles with the Total going Under the Last 4 Played with the Highest Total being 37 during that Span..Clem has Won or Played Ga Tech to a 4pt Game or Less in 9 of the Last 10 Played between Them..In the Last 13 Played 10 Games were Decided by 5pts or Less..Also I Read the DOG is 12-2 ATS the Last 14 Played and almost All you Read is Both Teams are Under the Total so I will not List Them..Here is What I See..2 Good Football Teams that Got More Ponts Scored in Week 1 then will Happen Thursday nite with Last Years Game Both D's Held each other Under 300 Yards of Total Offense..Clem had 6 Turnovers to Ga Tech 2 and Still was Winning until 5:22 Left in 4th Q..And I really see the Same Type of Game with Rivals Less than 2 Hours Apart Playing Each Other in a Old Style Football Game with the Run as the Main Focus with a 20-17..21-17..24-20 Style of Game with Clem Keeping it Close But Ga Tech Winning the Game in another "Whiteout Game" were Fans Dress in White (Last vs Miami on Thurs Nite ESPN Game 41-23 Win)..Yes BookieKilla Ga Tech Wins but in a Hard Fought Game..Still Thinking about the Under..So..

Friday Game:
Colorado (0-1) at Toledo (0-1)

Both Teams are coming off Loses with Color losing at Home on Sunday 24-17 to Color St while Toled Lost at Purdue on Saturady 52-31..Color will have a Shorter Week and have to Travel to Toledo..In the Color St Game Color looked Bad as they got hit for a 80 yard TD Drive in 6 Plays on the 1st Drive of the Game and Looked Shellshocked the Rest of the Game being Down 20-3 at Half..and a 265-63 Yard Advantage for C St...Toledo walked to a Buzz Saw at Pudue although both Teams had Alot of Total Yards..Purdue had 535yds and Toledo had 493yds which QB Aaron Opelt had 423yds Passing on 41 Comp..Problem for Toledo was it Allowed 315 Yards Rushing to Purdue on 39 Atts for a Large 8.1 Yards per Carry..Color has Shown they Must Run the Ball to Win and Toledo Weakness was Shown in Week 1 Stopping the Run...Color QB Hawkins did complete 24 of 40 Passes for 222 yards Passing but Color Only Rushed 21 Atts for 29 Net Yards and their Highly Recuited RB Darrell Scott only had 1 Carry..Color got out of the Game Plan of Running the Rock and the Rock felt like a Boulder..Color has alot of Good RB's and Passing in a Catchup Game just Beat Them although they did Outscore C St by 17-3 the 2nd Half..Now Toledo is 2-0 Last 2 BIG 12 Teams they have Played Beating Kansas 37-31 in 2006 and Iowa St 36-35 in 2007..I think a Key shows here that Vs Bigger Conf Teams Toledo has Allowed Points Although they Won and those Toledo Teams were Better this This One and Kansas was 6-6 and Iowa St was 3-9 in those Seasons..Color Passing D did give up 208 Yards Passing to C St But in just 10 Comp..20.8 Ave per Catch..Big Numbers..Here is What I See..Color will have a SHORT Week Playing Sunday then Travel East and Play Friday..Color will want to Pound the Ball and will have Good/Big Plays Running the Ball vs a Toledo D that gave up Large Numbers to Purdue..when Purdue was Suppose to be an Ave Big 10 Team..Maybe Not..Toledo will Pass the Ball vs Color since they had Good Success vs Purdue becuse QB Opelt is a Top QB and I see a 30 some to 20 some or Higher Score bringing in the Over although Color looked Bad Offensive vs C St but Remember they got behind and had to Pass were as Running the Ball is their Game and with Toledo Good Passing Game and Def that gives Up Large Ave per Rushing should have an Over and I have to Go with Colorado Winning by a TD..So..
