small card this week...didn't get anything done handicapping wise......not interested in starting at this point either...lol...

basically i think IOWA is probably my favorite play this week. might be wrong but i think that this is by far the best and probably ONLY decent defense Michigan has played all year long (emu, wmu, nostra damus, michigan state, indiana) and the freshman is going to have a tough time getting it done in this game. michigan ran for 29 yards on 28 carries versus msu and that doesn't bode well for running against a fast defensive front 7 in Iowa. Probably a 2TD game IMO for IOWA. If im wrong my day is toast and so be it. Using IOWA with 3 teams i expect to keep their games close but i don't trust to cover small numbers. PUR, UCLA and ARK will hang around and i think all 3 can win outright but none of those 3 teams are consistent, they all 3 turn the ball over like mad and can't get out of their own way. So the extra TD hopefully helps. Not the smartest thing to do but if Michigan can go into Iowa and beat that team with an average at best defense and that freshman QB, then sign 'em up for the rose bowl.

OREST +1.......i mean is STAN all of a sudden at the point where they are going on the road and winning big games consistently in the Pac10? Guess we'll find out. I say no.

PUR/MIN Over10 -120 (1Q)........PUR and MIN averaging 14.5 point 1Q's in big 10 play and PUR has only scored less than 10 points in the 1Q one time this year and that was a 7-0 first quarter with Northern Illinois. MIN owns a 17 and 10 point 1Q in big10 play. Cold day which means kicking may be tough (37 degrees and cloudy) but the way these teams can move the ball and struggle to stop people a quick start is a good possibility. But then again both these teams LOVE to shoot themselves in the foot any way they can.....PUR usually with turnovers and MIN with turnovers AND nice key penalties like the 15 yard chop block on 1st and goal from the 2 last week.....

THE OSU -3 1/2 (1Q)...........i think OSU can put up a TD and hold WIS to a FG or less....

OlePiss +7 -135 (bought 1 point)........i mean seriously....betus wants to give me that i'll make a play on it. Snead is the wild card. Guy can look great one minute and just terrible the next (see last week's Vandy game for his 1st and 2nd halfs). ALA really benefited from some costly turnovers last week at KY to make that margin a little worse than it should have been. OlePiss was highly touted coming into the season and this is the game where we will really see what they have. Doesn't get any bigger for them to this point.

PUR +1 1/2 (2H)....1Unit...lord help me for making this play. But PUR was the better team in the 1H IMO and other than a long pass play and a gift TD from PUR, they didn't do much. Hopefully PUR can play a clean half of football and i think they win this....but that would be a first in a while for them so who knows....

all that work for .2Units...not 2 units but POINT 2Units......broke about even on some unposted tails....tailed Boiler on WFU and got absolutely hosed with a garbage score to lose by 1 point....i mean wake was up 42-17 and WFU was the right side.....hit a couple of other tails like KentState and Memphis.

in the end this is really a waste of time for me since i pretty much break even most weeks and don't have the time to do it right.........might just pick about 2 plays every week and roll with those.....
