In situations like this I believe the right side is to bet on the real football program, Rutgers. Army is just flat out not a good football team. Rutgers is much more talented, stronger football program probably because Army is busy directing most of their attention getting ready to fight in wars. Football is more of an escape for them. So for me the side is Rutgers.
