Hey guys, I noticed this system weeks ago, but never bothered to post. Many of you probably already noticed it. Basically, when a team plays more than once on a weeknight during the season, the opposite outcome from the first game will happen on the second game. I've created a list of every team that has played on multiple weeknight games and have marked the outcomes. Simple, if a team doesn't cover first game, they usually cover the second game, and vice versa. I will mark each team OPPOSITE if their second game was opposite the first. I have listed the third game for reference purposes only. The focus is only on the first and second games.
South Carolina: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, OPPOSITE Troy: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, OPPOSITE Tulsa: 1st game COVER, 2nd game COVER, 3rd game NO COVER Georgia Tech: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game NO COVER Colorado: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, OPPOSITE Toledo: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER , OPPOSITE Boise St: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, 3rd game NO COVER , OPPOSITE Missouri: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, OPPOSITE Nevada: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, OPPOSITE Louisiana Tech: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, 3rd game COVER, OPPOSITE West Virginia: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, 3rd game COVER Pitt: 1st game COVER, 2nd game COVER Cincinnati: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, OPPOSITE South Florida: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, 3rd game NO COVER, OPPOSITE Rutgers: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, 3rd game COVER, OPPOSITE North Carolina: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, OPPOSITE East Carolina: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, 3rd game COVER , OPPOSITE Memphis: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game NO COVER Virginia Tech: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, OPPOSITE Bowling Green: 1st game COVER, 2nd game COVER, 3rd game COVER Temple: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game COVER, OPPOSITE Miami Ohio: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, OPPOSITE Northern Illinois: 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, OPPOSITE Buffalo: 1st game NO COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, 3rd game COVER Ball St. 1st game COVER, 2nd game NO COVER, OPPOSITE Central Michigan: 1st game COVER, 2nd game COVER According to this system, there is one play for tonight I believe, and two leans. Akron didn't cover their first game, Bowling green has covered all 3 of their, so Akron is a play. Eastern Michigan didn't cover their first game, Toledo has played twice winning the first and losing their second, so only a lean play to Eastern Michigan. Utah St. covered their first game. Boise St has played 3 times and has covered the first, and not covered the last 2. This would be a slight lean on Boise St. I'm not sure if the system works for 3 games, but it is effective, as you can see by the data. So I've listed 25 teams that have played more than once. If you were to bet the opposite outcome of the first game on the second game, your record would be 18-8. I believe the system works better if you have a team coming off a loss against a team coming off a win, but I'm too lazy to calculate. I just wanted to post for what it's worth. Actually I figured I would calculate the third game. For teams playing a third game, the opposite outcome from the second game is 6-2. Last edited by recovering77; 11-20-2009 at 07:15 PM.. |

I'll go ahead and post the leans for next week in advance:
Tuesday: Ball St. vs. Western Michigan Lean Ball St.. Western Michigan has not played yet. Thursday: Texas A&M vs. Texas No Play. Neither team has played on a weeknight yet. Friday: Nevada vs. Boise St. Nevada covered their last weeknight game vs. Louisiana Tech. Boise St. plays tonight. If Boise St. does not cover tonight, they would be the play next Friday. Rutgers Vs. Louisville Rutgers has played twice, not covering first, covering their second. Louisville has played once, and did not cover. This is a system play. The play would be Louisville off opposite outcomes. Toledo vs. Bowling Green Toledo looks like they are going to cover tonight. Bowling green looks like they're not going to cover tonight, but it's only halftime. This is a system play. The would be Bowling Green, but I dunno about a team that is 3-1 on weeknights. Maybe it evens out. Actually as I'm writing this, I just realized that there are a million games next friday, not a usual day, so I will stop. |

wow, if Bowling green covers this game, I might have to fade my system. Wednesday both high consensus favorites covered, and bowling green was a big one tonight as well. Only thing that I'm scared of is I see a lot of people on multiple boards on Utah St. tonight, including Lang. I promised myself I would never bet with Lang again after following him twice and losing
