My 1st New years Resolution is to get thru my colonoscopy in early Feb.with as little discomfort as is possible...

And at work to attempt to deal positively with new employees

Seriously though, it's to find a job I actually like.

I quit chewing for a little while and I can say the Nicoderm patches worked well. I was a can-a-day guy and the highest level ones had so much nicotene in them that I actually got somewhat sick from them at first, so I went to the next step. I'm weak so I went back to chewing after a month or so when I completed the patches. They're expensive, but they work.

I'm not losin' any weight, and I wont stop smokin'... but I'll try these:

keep my daily alcohol consumtion below 288ozs......

Offer more advice...

a couple of good resolutions, for certain individuals out there:

quit gambling
quit turning your computer on
