Geez, you got screwed. Juno is 10 to 1 on Sportsbook.com.

My picks (the only odds I've seen are for the movie category so these are my picks without the odds, which is kinda hard):

Movie: Michael Clayton
Actor: Daniel Day-Lewis for There Will Be Blood
Actress: Cate Blanchett for Elizabeth: The Golden Age
Supporting Actor: Tom Wilkinson for Michael Clayton
Supporting Actress: Tilda Swinton for Michael Clayton
Director: Tony Gilroy for Michael Clayton

I'm taking the big doggie in an upset of sorts over these other movies. I've heard the end of No Country For Old Men is mind-bogglingly disappointing after the whole movie is great, and I don't think Attonement or Juno will win much of anything unless Ellen Page wins. If you put a gun to my head and I had to pick one of these, I would say Daniel Day-Lewis is the best pick. The movie is nominated for best picture and people are saying that the movie isn't even good enough to keep up with his amazing performance. I feel Cate Blanchett will get one of the two she's nominated for, I picked her to win the Best Actress because I don't think they will give the award to Page, who sounds like she deserves it. Again, I need to see the odds though cause I know No Country for Old Men is 1/2 and a huge fave, but it's the actors/actresses who are the huge faves who win easily (I think the Best Actress chick last year was like 1/35 to win, ha)....

Whoa, your a movie Junkie like I am. I love watching movies too! Yeah, I'm taking a huge gamble on Juno. I watched the movie twice and it's a good movie. The first time was with an Ex and the second time was with my sister and her fiance. BTW, Ellen Page is hot in a weird way, LOL!

I'm not a movie junkie at all actually. I will definitely see all of these movies (except I can't sit thru any 'Elizabeth' movie, **** that), by the time the show goes to air because I like to know what's going on. I often times think the Academy's picks are easy to figure out though and predictable, whether it be the movie or the actor type which they clearly prefer some to others. This year, I just think Michael Clayton might buck the trend. I don't know why, but I do.

Agreed! Not to mention a waste of $$$$. Seriously, unless it is a movie that has must see special effects why go to the theatre? It cannot be for the experience. Wait for the DVD. LOL! As for the movies I have never heard of any of them. I for one am pretty anti-hollywierd.

How about you, Larry and Birds get out of the fckn house every once and a while!
