I'm with the lowest priced gas supplier offered by my provider, and today I just found that if I resign with my current supplier, my cost will go from $1.225 down to $1.060, just by resigning for another year. I've been with this supplier for 3years, and I thought they automatically renewed my terms, I was on a 2yr plan fixed rate, but they do not automatically renew my plan, it is up to me!
I also checked, and found that I paid alot more over the past year, by not resigning with them last year! They even changed my terms to quarterly and I ended up paying:
4th Quarter 2008 $1.2250
3rd Quarter 2008 $1.5643
2nd Quarter 2008 $1.2200

Check with the available suppliers offered by your provider and lock in a fixed rate for 1 year!
