Nice job, had a hectic day and then the PSU game, etc. so I didn't get down on anything but I'm heading over to bloodhorse now to watch the replays of the stakes races. Next week Hard Spun vs. Street Sense on the Polycrap, SS should be a nice little fav at about 1/8 LMAO

Yup and Poly is hard on speed horses like Hard Spun. IMO Jones is stupid this is a bad spot and Hard Spun should be going one turn not two turns.

Birds, I've seen many different opinions on this question, so I would like to pose it to you. How do you think HS would do in the BC Mile or BC Sprint? He is a speed horse, but doesn't have the blazing "sprinting speed" that might be needed for the Sprint, but the Mile seems to be right up his ally. He can take the lead and control the pace with amazing cruising speed. I was just wondering what your thoughts on that might be.

If he was my horse I would go for the Mile, But IMO he has a good shot a the BCC. Monmouth holds speed very well and he may wire them. If he did go in the Sprint he would have a good shot. I think his best shot would be the Mile.
