No. Technically, not at all since there was a runner on first base and it's not possible. PLus, it's not anyway.

no because the batter doesn't have the right to attempt to gain first base on a dropped third strike with a runner on first unless there are two outs or he can attempt to gain first base on dropped third strike if first base is empty.

No because when someone is occupying first base and a player strikes out on a passed ball, he is automatically out and cant advance to first.
