Dropped my only dog play last night and lost my only moneyline parlay last night. One of the good things about my way of betting is I can suck like I did last night but only dropped two units. All of my plays are just for one unit. I won’t get rich doing it this way, but I should not take a beating either.

I lost with both of these teams on Monday, so I am coming right back with them today. I know it was only one game, but it makes you wonder if Brett Meyers should be back in the bullpen and Cole Hamels maybe should have been the opening day starter. Phils do not want to repeat the start of last year and they won’t. Huge pitching advantage for the fightin phils today. Then again, maybe the Nats are going to be one of those feel good stories and start out 3-0.…..I hope not. As far as the other game, the Tigers are loaded and will not lose to KC again today. KC usually sucks on the road and the Tigers are on of the better home teams in baseball. Revenge for both teams today.



Atlanta -112 vs Pittsburgh…………..I know nothing about this guy pitching for the Braves today. I heard he is supposed to be good and he must not be too bad to be starting game three for the Braves this season. I really think the Braves are the dark horse in the nl east this year and I cannot imagine them starting out 0-3. Bucs traditionally one of the worst road teams in baseball as well. Great odds to get the Braves at home here.

Toronto +143 vs Yankees
Boston +125 vs Oakland

Think I will try two dogs here on a couple of single bets. Only have to win one of them to make a profit. I get the feeling I missed the Blue Jays by a day, and it never hurts taking the Sox as a dog…they always have a chance to win.


That is all for today. I am working my night tonight, so I am posting all of these real early. I have sucked so far, but I am confident I will turn it around. Baseball is a game of streaks. It just happened I started my season on a two day losing streak.
