bad day overall... Kerry Wood blows the save... the FLA game got PPD, so I add MIN/DET under.... ... sometimes you just have to laugh at yourself...

I usually don't put all my eggs in one basket, but for the morning games this one is going to get pounded by the public ... and I'm on it as well..

I'm also going against my new years resolution of money management and hitting this one big... This is my only morning play... I considered playing Zona and the Cubs as well, but feel better with 1 play. If I hit, I'll also be on the Angels in the late game.

Eh... so the Yanks stage a comeback, but not enough to cover the RL. Actually had second thoughts after the post and didn't lay as much as I originally planned. So, back to official posted plays:

LAA (2.75 to win 2.5)

Contreras handled the Angels last week, but Lackey matched him over 7 innings. The pen is where the Angels lost the game. Angels has shown some resilency over that years making adjustments to pitchers they have recently seen. Of the current Angels, Anderson is 11 of 23, Vlad is 7 for 21 and everyone else is below .300. I think this changes today. The Angels have been winning games for years with just Vlad and Anderson anyways.... the role players have stepped it up as of late and I expect them to get atleast 5 today. Let's close out the week cashing this one.
