My ML woes continue, but I seem to be having much better luck with my big favorites as I cashed in most of my parlays last month. I hope this is just some funk I'm stuck in for now. The mismatches in both hitting and pitching in these two games warrants a bet in both, but I'll never lay the big chalk. Pettitte has always done well against Minnesota who's hitting under .240 against LHP at home. Suppan is getting some big respect at home, but that's because he's been 20x better in Miller Park. Hall hitting over .400 against LHP, and Davis doesn't scare many people.

The parlay is not looking too good... Yankees just blew their 9th inning chance with a double play and the Brewers are trailing. One more tonight. Rockies have lost their last 12 on the road, and what better place for them to break it against Lowe who has lost his last four games against the Rockies. Dodgers are coming back from a pathetic Sunday night performance in New York. I'm taking the lowly Rocks to overcome the loss of Holliday one game and get it done tonight.

What an ugly start to the month! Only thing to do is try it again tomorrow. Have to figure things will pick up sometime. If I were you I'd bet on the Rockies tomorrow, because my day early phenomenon is uncanny.
