Rays to beat Oakland, laying $300 to win $180

Kazmir although he's been not his best of late. He has an impressive 5-1 record against the A's with a 2.96 ERA in nine starts. He's been lacking his commanding material and think that the all star break has and will give him much needed rest to make a good second half start.
Tampa should be able to get to Eveland, though Eveland has picthed once against the Rays and recorded a very good win, leaving Tampa with only a run in that game. But remember that the Rays are different this season.
