Last played on Saturday where I went 2-3 dropping 0.60 units. Lost both parlays, split my two dogs and won my only favorite. I took off Sunday and Monday from bases. To be honest I am just more into football right now, but I will still continue to play bases on weekdays. Here is what is on tap for Tuesday.



Washington +182 vs Phillies………..All of a sudden it is “the red hot nationals”. As hot as they have been along with the phils not giving Cole Hamels much support lately, these Nats area sweet deal at this price. Hate going against my Phillies, but you bet with your head and not your heart.

Mets +131 vs Milwaukee………..As great as Milwaukee has been at home, these Mets are playing well and in a fight for the division, so once again I see some value with a team in a race and a doggie. Mets have some guy pitching I never heard of, but it is amazing how some guy gets in there and throws a great game his first time out. I guess when you have never seen a guy before, if he is decent he will give first time batters some problems. It all sounds good on paper…doesn’t it?

Pittsburgh +142 vs Cincinnati………..Two teams who have given up on the season and is looking to the future. Harang sucks and should not be a favorite this big even against the struggling Pirates. I have always like Snell and he is capable of putting together a great game. Again, I just see value with the dog in this one.

St Louis +112 vs Arizona………..Going with another dog. I don’t care for any of the teams in the NL West. I think St Louis is the better team, with the better pitcher going today. Only thing Zona has going for it is playing at home and the Cardinals have a winning record on the road, so getting them as a dog is once again worth a shot for me.

There are some big favs out there today which I usually parlay together, but something is telling me not to do that tonight. Off work today, so time to start studying all those college football matchup for the week. Check back a little later in the week for those interested in my football picks.
