Well, here's my early pick, I will definitely have more today... I'll get them in after lunch, cause I'm doing some of this and then I'm goin to the COLISEUM for the HOME OPENER!

CUBBIES (-160) = *3.2 Units
- Huge fade on Woody. Soo glad when the Pads decided to get rid of him, he was stinkin up my town. (Actually, he did okay last year.) Not this year, he's officially a has been in my book. He's done horrible his only two starts at Wrigley, and as the Cubbies come home to a windy cold Wrigley, I'm not sure he's going to get any better. That combined with cold Stro bats = Cubbie win in their home opener.

PHILLIES/METS (UNDER 8) = *1.05 Units (-105)
- Mets have cooled off for a little bit I think, but it's their starters that have been money anyways. I didn't like Hamels this spring, but he was dominant in his first start. He's did very well in his start against the Mets last year, and Maine is 3-0 vs. the Phills. With that solid Met bullpen, who blew it for me yesterday, I can see this one being under 6. Wanted to make a play on the Mets, but I just couldn't do it after they were shut down by KYLE DAVIES! Was a base 2 unit play last night, but I'm just tossing a 1 unit flyer at it now since it dropped from 8.5 to 8.

Ok so I got a couple more before lunch. Looking at the Dodgers/Rockies game.

ORIOLES 1st 5 Innings (-130) = *2.6 Units
- Durbin is horrible. Lost yesterday to Davies who should be in AAA, I'll be damned if that happens twice.

YANKEES (-130) = *2.6 Units
- Pavano sucks, he does, but Ponson might be worse. The Yankees have long had Ponson's number, and the Twins are getting their first look at Pavano, I think the Yanks take this one, not matter how high scoring the game gets. Damon is back, and small sign of hope for Pavano, he's 4-0 in his last 5 starts in a dome. If he's going to have one good game this whole year, it make sense today.

- Rich Harden is as good as any pitcher in the AL right now. (Knocking on wood) I'll be 14 rows back for the game tonight, watching Contreras get lit up again. His career might be over before it even began. That's what happens when you start at age 30. Harden is 24, and will be lights out tonight. Harden is 3-0 vs. White Sox in 4 starts. A no brainer for my A's tonight. Contreras is 0-2 with an 11 ERA in his two starts at the Coliseum.

RANGERS (-155) = *3.1 Units
- Jackson is reported as being "rusty" by manager Joe Maddon. Hasn't pitched in 10 days, and is going against the Rangers at home. Good luck pal. McCarthy has been okay, but more of a fade on the Rays on the road. They look alright early on, but I don't expect them to do much on the road unless Kaz is on the mound.

A's will be swingin in their home opener, and right now if you're swinging with Contreras on the mound, you're getting hits. His mind isn't in the right place right now, he's lost all his confidence, and with a sold out Coliseum, it isn't going to get any easier for him tonight. Sox bats are just as cold as the A's, maybe even colder. Based on the matchup and stadium, I can tell you which ones will come alive. GL tonight! Time for some burgs and burr.
