wsox08's Closers Blow MLB Wednesday
Sick and tired of closers blowing games.. I don't care if they are under pressure but just get three outs to end the game or just get rid of these "closers". Bringing a guy in to get a save is meaningless. If a previous pitcher is successful then leave him in and see how he fairs.. I'm tired of going to the bullpen every freakin' batter. Ohhh there's a lefty coming up so we HAVE to bring in a left handed specialist to take care of him. Now that that's over...
I was 4-5-1 (-2.43 units) yesterday. Here's what I've got so far: Detroit Tigers -130 Los Angeles Angels/Cleveland Indians under 9 (+115) Pittsburgh Pirates +125 Chicago White Sox +101 Chicago White Sox/Oakland Athletics over 9 (-105) all plays so far are 1 unit Good luck!

willi- the ball actually ended up going off of Podsednik's head...  I saw that coming especially since it was in Oakland.adding a few: Atlanta Braves -1.5 (-125) New York Mets team total over 4.5 (-130) Detroit Tigers/Baltimore Orioles under 9 (-110) New York Yankees -1.5 (-105) each one is 1 unit Special Pick (2 units) New York Mets -1.5 (+140) I don't trust Eaton and I think the Mets offense beats up on Eaton and then on the Philly bullpen.. The key to this one is Oliver Perez.. Can he repeat his first start?
