Going to roll with the phillies until they win a game. If they win this game, I'll stop for the series unless I see a game I feel they have a really really good chance of winning. If they lose I'll double up to try and profit one unit. Hopefully I don't have to do this all the way until the series moves to COL. Better starting pitcher, better advantage off lhp against col bats, and overall more experience and better lineup top to bottom.

thanks Hoosier. They definitely have the tools to put together another appearance. If they can avoid having to use a closer in any of these first round games I would be thrilled. Eventually though, I guess they will have to face these issues.

Dodgers +120 to win the NLDS against STL

I have the phillies and cards to win the NL, so by taking LAD to win the NLDS over STL I can guarantee some profit from the LAD/STL matchup. If LAD wins, I profit .2 units and have another opportunity to hedge on LAD if PHI makes the NLCS. If STL wins, I have another opportunity to hedge in the NLCS to get my 1 unit from LAD back. Thanks for the suggestion G Money.

Phillies/Rockies Over 9 -105

Hamels sometimes has a hard time locating his pitches when he pitches inside during day games. Could be a disaster if that's the case. Rockies will most likely put up 4 or more today I suspect. I think the phillies get the rest. Phils bullpen is usually good for a run or two also.

2-1-1 +1.20 units so far in the playoffs. I'm waiting for the phils to finish off this series so I can hedge the NL pennant bet I have with PHI. I will be hedging LAD to guarantee profit as I'm not sure if Philly can take them right now.
