Hey Oakland can hit... just haven't been getting it done at home. Tonight was one of the few games all season that I will make a play against the A's. Still had a winning night, sorry the A's couldn't pull it out for ya.

Without Swisher in the lineup, which I forgot to check, they are somewhat punchless at the moment. A decent team but their all struggling at once.

I counted like 5 guys who played tonight who are batting under .200.
9 with an average of under .234.

Only Piazza at .250 and Chavez at .271 have been doing anything at the plate and those are hardly good numbers.

Im not knocking what your saying, just noting that their really struggling right now and being "swisherless" this team may have a hard time pounding out hits much less runs. 3 hits against washburn who has been nothing less than a gascan this year. OUCH.

I think I have to take Seattle again tomorrow as well. Joe Kennedy is one of the best go againsts Ive seen in years. Cant believe the guy is still in the bigs. (now watch, I just jinxed myself. He'll throw a 1 hitter lol)
