IMO the Mets over is the strongest play on the board.... Mets have been terrible @ home, & Pelfrey is coming off a 3 inning performance where he allowed 6 runs on 8 hits. He currently has a 7.90 era... Nolasco is making his first start coming off the DL, & it seems as if the Mets have his number. Last year, he sported a 19.73 era vs the Mets in 3 outings- the totals were 10, 20 & 11 in those 3 games. No way would I touch a side here, IMO both teams should be able to put up 5 runs.....

Although I am high on Looper, who is 3-1 with a 1.91 ERA, I can't imagine the Cardinals will be focused on baseball right now... going against some strong history as Sheets is 4-14 with a 4.36 era vs the Cards in 22 starts. He is also coming off a strained groin, but should be fine. I'm thinking the Brewers win 4-2 or so.... Will also be backing Cappy in the next meeting.

Safe to say this one will be far from a pitching duel... Ponson vs Jackson's combined era looks more like a Grand Salami total for the day LoL. Backing the lesser of 2 evils (IMO). Ponson was rocked the last 2 times out vs KC, & TB's hitting looked better Sunday, I'm hoping they build off that & what better pitcher to rack up runs with than Supersized Ponson. Again bucking a trend here- Minny has won 10 of 13 @ Tropicana....Maybe Jackson can actually get a W

gl udogg, im on both those overs as well....I am friends with some Mets fans and they are trying to sell Pelfrey, but I will tell you something, I saw him pitch vs Rocks and his stuff is nothing special, Miguel and company should rip the **** out of the ball off him, and Nolasco should get shelled too....

If you are looking at overs, take a look at the NYY game, Hughes was nothing special and I really feel Yanks come out hitting tonight

These are all pretty much fade plays....

Rockies 2-5 last 7 games & 4-9 on the road. IMO Buchholz isn't starter material....FADE. SF on a home win streak & 2 games into a 10 game homestand.

Halos 4-8 & couldn't hit a beach ball on the road. Fade! Greinke @ home as a dog looks good to me, although I should have played it at 124 when I first saw it....

Arroyo as a road fave? (albiet a small road fave, but still) F-A-D-E Hoping the Strohs won't leave so many runners starnded tonight.

Scrubs -140 on the road? Not for me- although Lilly is the better pitcher, it doesn't account for much when you get no run support. I'm sure many will hop on the Cubs fading Armas, but he has a decent outing last time out. The Rats have won 5 of last 7 @ home......

Detroit is a gut play- I just have a feeling they come out swinging today & blow out the Oreos....
