C'mon one nice day... I like the card, so I'm pickin the board and spreading it around today. Lots of chalk doesn't bode well.


DEVIL RAYS (-135) = *3.25 Units
- I like Shields at home against Mitre's first start in a dome. Rays are going to play extra hungry to avoid the sweep at home.

D-BACKS/PIRATES - UNDER 8 (-105) = *1.5 Units
- Both teams suck against lefites.

D-BACKS (-120) = *1.2 Units
- One time I'll side with Randy is in this matchup. He's had many of the Pirates numbers, and could continue his success on Sunday. A nice 4-2 win is what I'm looking for.

TIGERS -1½ (+100) = *1.5 Units
- Thompson is not looking forward to going back to Detroit. Just seems to me like his numbers are better than his stuff. Detroit has been exposing pitchers weaknesses all year long.

INDIANS (-150) = *2.25 Units
- Byrd is 3-0 at home, and Harang is just getting tired with all the pitches he's throwing. 100+ pitches in the last 6 games, 5 ER is the last 3 games.

ORIOLES (-155) = *2.3 Units
- Had to bite against Bowie in his first start with Bedard throwing well, he should keep the Nats bats silent against lefties.

BLUE JAYS (+125) = *2 Units
- Litsch looked solid in his first outing. I don't mind riding a guy who's got a darn good sinker. After last nights exlposion, Eaton is going to have to have some magical stuff to bring his 7.5 home ERA down.

BRAVES (-120) = *1.8 Units
- Hudson has just been amazing, and keeping his pitch totals low while getting outs. Gabbard nees to earn my respect first, he'll have a touch matchup against the lefty sluggin Bravos.

BREWERS (-145) = *2.9 Units
- Vargas has been decent, and only sleeper list. Ortiz has been showing his true colors, and I can't see them getting any easier on the road where he's struggled against the hottest team in the NL (most improved) who's looking to stop the sweep at home.

RANGERS/ASTROS - OVER 9.5 (+100) = *1.5 Units
- Both these pitchers are just about due to get LIT UP! Well actually I just think they both stink. Texas bats should wake back up against Woody, but I'm banking on a McCarthy blowjob.

ROCKIES (-155) = *2.5 Units
- Uh oh. The Royals didn't win with Meche on the mound, things do not bode well for Bannister's first time in Coors Field. Rockies bats should have no problem staying hot tonight... oh how sweet were the days of the Blake Street Bombers.

ATHLETICS (-135) = *2 Units
- We all know what I'm putting money on this one! A's taking battle of the bay sweep at home baby! This is a very different lineup than what Morris saw last time against Oakland. Morris... meet CUST!

ASTROS (-120) = *1.5 Units
- Just really love to fade this McCarthy kid right now. God, Woody just gives me the creeps. Berkman needs to put something up.

Its all good EMV. Looks like we are on the same page for tonight! Lots of one run losses. Damn Marlins came back... that's what sucks about early morning betting, there's only ML, RL, totals. But that Arizona/Pittsburgh game was spot on. As for tonight, I can't see the Yankees pulling out quality starters from their minors. I mean they've been decent so far... Mets can definitely hand out a beating. Lineups are looking solid.
