Figures the first day I withdraw from my account this bases season, is the worst day capping...LOL...had an O'fer yesterday with nothing going my way...staying away from totals...LOL....let's get 'em back boys....going with the dogs today...

Cubs +111 (Zambrano) vs Brewers - 1 Unit
Can't believe I'm backing "knuckles", but finally his lines seem to be in order after all of those huge numbers he was getting...seeing some value with him as a dog however, and maybe that dust-up will light a fire under him...I faded him as a rediculous -170 his last start, but I'll back him at +111...he has the talent there somewhere to pull out a quality start.

Orioles +130 (Cabrera) vs Mariners - 1 Unit
Looking for Baltimore to avoid the sweep and will take my chances with Cabrera who held the powerful Angels in check IN Anaheim...which is very tough to do....O's hit lefties well and Washburn very hit or miss.

Nationals -102 (Bowie) vs Pirates - 1 Unit
Equally average teams...but the Nats at home with the better lefty...I like the home dog...Duke sucks, and has been getting hit hard.

Drays +102 (Kazmir) vs Jays - 2 Units
What a game last night...LOL...6 runs in the bottom of the ninth to get the win. Lovely. But I'll come back today with a rare fade of the Jays. Ohka hasn't pitched in almost 2 weeks and Kazmir always steady...Jays lose tonight, and win tomorrow with AJ to take the series IMO...

Cardinals -112 (Thompson) vs Reds - 2.5 Units
Can't believe this is a pick'em...Reds blow, Arroyo blows, Reds bullpen blows (last in NL)....Cards playing better ball lately winning 5 of 6, Thompson's been solid...like the Cards at home on this low number...it'll likely be my POD.

Tigers -141 (Verlander) vs Rangers - 2 Units
Coming right back with the Tigers...can't see them losing another one to the Rangers tonight especially with the very good Verlander facing Millwood....who's been really serving it up this year. Wanted to stay away from favs today, but I like this one too much.

Dodgers +108 (Wolf) vs Padres - 2 Units
San Diego playing good ball...but I like Wolf, and Maddux has been giving up a ton of hits this year...hopefully that Dodger speed makes him pay...it's seems like a pick'em, so I'll take the dog.

I was eyeing this one during my morning capping...seemed like a bit much with the bats Minny can throw out there, and I'll add it, tailing Stif, JB & rjp...going with the safer RL...

I would play St Louis too if the whole f'n public wasn't on em. 80% is too much for my liking. Wish someone would start playing on the brutal Speds, because then i'd probably jump on St Louis, lol

LOL..yeah, I noticed that as well.

STL is a strong play IMO, but unfortunately there's no way to get around your public apprehension in this matchup...as no sane person could lay a hard earned greenback on Bronson f'ing Arroyo and that bullpen. Hey...sometimes the public is right on...hopefully they are in this one?

I agree with you, but, the public has been so in love with the Reds all year, it's hard for me to believe or accept that everyone has suddenly realized how bad the Reds are in one day, lol. Just scares me a little, so I decided on a no play, even though the Cards were on my list of teams to play on until I checked the public percentages. I almost fell over when I saw 80% against the Reds and their hero Bronson Arroyo...although it's dropped to 74% now i see, lol
