Another rough night last night. As soon as I get back to even I fall into another hole. Been trying a few strategies, unfortunately none have remained consistent. Going to figure out one of them though, and actually start laying some big cash 2nd half with it. I'll update records later today.

Too many reasons to take the White Sox this morning...


- Ozzie saved Thome for today. He wants a win BAD. (They've dropped 14 of last 17)
- New pitcher for the Phils, 4-7 in AA record says it all. Not a phenom.
- Phils have yet to have a home sweep this year, not optimal conditions to do it today. They are 3-6 in the last game of a home series.
- Danks is hit or miss, but good chance of a hit today with the Phillies hitting under .250 against lefties.
- PhillyFan3 is NOT betting on the Phillies.

Lincecum stuff isn't a mystery anymore apparently. He's got a 6 ERA in his past three starts. McGowan on the other hand is getting a bad wrap on the road. He's been just as good pretty much, just not getting the support. The Jays have lost 2 straight by 1 run, and with no Barry in the lineup (in fact a couple starters missing) I got to take the value here with McGowan.

Some plays for tonight...

D-BACKS (+200) = *1.5 Units
- No way the Yanks line should be this high.

PIRATES 1st 5 Innings (-155) = *2.5 Units
- Keeps gettin hit harder and harder Tejeda vs. "Can you Snell what the Bucs are cookin?"

INDIANS (-125) = *2 Units
- Hanley batting 3rd?? Cliff Lee has alot more of an upside than Kim will ever have. His performance has been crap, but not as bad as Kim pitching in Dolphin stadium. Free swining Fins might be just what Lee was looking for.

RED SOX RL -1.5 (-135) = *2.5 Units
- Fade the Fogg...

ORIOLES (-160) = *2.5 Units
- Old reliable takes the mound at the Yard where he has been loving it 3-0. Chico back on the road where he's been kickin dirt, any place outside RFK. This play would be bigger if the Orioles could actually put up runs... then UNDER 9.5 (-105) looked very nice.

REDS (+155) = *1.75 Units
- Way too much chalk on Lackey and the road-slumping Angels. Lohse is a turd, I admit, but a turd that's been getting it done at home. This line should be around the 120 range IMO. Reds are 5-4 as home doggies, not too bad.

- Blanton's road starts don't scare me seeing as they were all against AL teams that have seen him before.

- Mets can't lose EVERY time I bet on them.
