Here's the day games for Saturday...


BRAVES/D-BACKS = Lean on... BRAVES 1st 5 Innings (-140)

- Couple of streaks that I think should be broken today. D-Backs are 7-0 in Davis' 2nd half starts vs. a team with a winning record over the past two seasons. Not to mention the D-Backs are on a 7 game win streak themselves. While Davis has done well in his 2 recent starts vs. the Braves, he does give up lots of hits.
- However, Villareal has a good chance of makin it into this game with the Braves pen well used last night. The D-Backs have gone 7-for-11 off him w/ a few homers. Slaten and Pena look to be coming in for the D-Backs as the only two with rest... they have yet to face the Braves, and have been very good this season. What does this mean? Arizona has a decent shot at coming back.
- Despite knocking leties close to .350 recently, they're only 1-4 in their last 5 starts against a lefty. Both these teams don't stop the bleeding as D-Backs are 1-4 after allowing 5 or more in the previous game... Braves are 0-5. I can't bet on teams that do this. Especially as I've learned it doesn't pay to bet on winning/losing streaks. Good luck to whatever side you're on.
