Default JML Tuesday >>>

MLB YTD: 234-210, +19.44 Units

Tough loss by the Jays last night, as the usually reliable bullpen blows it....they really shoulda won by 5 or so...hopefully they get some hits with men on base tonight. I'm starting to agree with Personafied...Wells does blow...lol.

Jays -116 (Litsch) vs Drays - 7 Units
Coming right back with a big play on Toronto, as I think TB got real lucky last night, and I don't think they win 2 in a row, especially with the horrible Jackson starting. His nickname should be Jackson-5...if only he could get his ERA down that low. lol. Jesse Litsch goes tonight, and he has been great since being called up...ALSO...he is from Tampa, and actually was the Drays ballboy at one point, so you know he will be pumped tonight in his first start back home. Jays had lots of baserunners, and will again tonight...and I think they cash alot of 'em tonight. The Drays bullpen also held last night, giving up no runs, and it's doubtful the worst bullpen in baseball does that back to back, especially after playing 11 last night. Jays in a romp.

Rockies -105 (Cook) vs Marlins - 4 Units
Cook has been awesome lately, the Rocks find themselves in the thick of the NL West race after taking back to back series against LA & SD. They hit lefties well, and I love 'em tonight as a pick'em against Olsen who's coming off his worst start of the year, and also coming off a DUI and fight with the cops. Seems like pretty nice value, as I probably would played Colorado as a -130 fav here.

GL

GL tonight JML. That game last night WAS brutal. I just can't believe that 10th inning. They even get that gift of a wild pitch, and Glaus just looks at Strike 3.

With you tonight on the Jays!

LOL I was on Tampon Bay and I felt the same way when they stranded the bases loaded in about the 6th with some douche just standing there and looking at a fastball right down the middle for strike 3

On them both as well...That Jays game was some BS last night...Prevented me from a sweep of the board...They should rock Jackson tonight after leaving all them runners OB last night...

Yeah...Gomes. Great pitch by McGowan. He didn't seem in trouble outside of that inning tho....and it was two outs in that situation. Jays had runners on base all game it seemed, and never a clutch hit....or even pop fly, lol...they had man on 3rd, 1 out in the 10th AND 11th with nothing. And the Jays have a top 5 ranked bullpen, TB is dead last. Going into the 8th 4-2? Oh well...that's baseball. lol. Really could not believe they managed to lose that one tho.

GL!

I know. I was just saying.....thought the Tampons had a great chance to tie it up or take the lead there cause it was only 3-2 then, and then the dude just watches a straight fastball sail right by him down the middle, lol. It amazes me how guys go fishing for pitches way off the plate, especially with less than 2 strikes, then others just let obvious strikes just pass by with 2 strikes on em already.

I'll admit i was lucky to get the winner with TB last night....not necessarily that they tied it and forced extras, but the inning the Jays had bases loaded and 1 out, I thought they were scoring a few there for sure. But, at +125, i'll take my chances in extras. Luckily for me that one worked out in my favor.

That helps. 2-0 for almost 10 units.

What a game by the kid, Litsch.

Jays really have some good young arms when you consider the way three rookie starters are performing in Marcum, McGowan & Litsch.
