Damn it is hot here today 97 with about 1000000000% humidity and I will be outside to teach a bunch of little kids a football camp for 4 hours for work so I gotta get a couple of these in early... O's +137 (Action)...I have been on Guthrie the past two times he has pitched and he has won for me both times.. Third time will be the charm as well... Rangers +166...Scary to go against Clev when they are trying to avoid the sweep at home...But it's a nice price, as it appears that both the top 2 teams in the Central are having some issues right now... Phils +133...Not thrilled that I have to back Lohse here, but maybe a new team who can actually score him runs will help him out..Plus coming into this series I thought that it would be a split 2-2 so no reason to change that thought now... 2 Units Each GLTA...I'm off to sweat my ass off  Last edited by emv01; 08-02-2007 at 07:08 AM..

I'm laying off the Pads today. Both pens have 1 man with rest, really a toss up in this game I feel. Only thing I'm looking at...
D-Backs are the worst road hitting team. Padres are the worst home hitting team. D-Backs & Padres are the bottom 2 daytime hitting teams. Blow jobs from the bullpen are very likely. Under 3.5 (-105) for 1st 5 Innings looks nice... only thing keeping me off it is Peavy's stuggles in the past for Arizona. One swing could hit the over. If I was going to lay money thou... PADS all the way. Peavy and Meredith could get it done today. Petit slipped up his last time out, I got no intention of backing a guy who could begin to start second guessing himself after a solid start to the year and his career. However, Peavy's arm has just been getting worked, and will be worked even harder with CY out. He's tossed 100+ pitches in all but 2 games this year in which he threw 98. Thanks DD as always I appreicate the input and I'm not making this play just to go against what you think lol...More of a value play really on a hot team...It's prolly not the smartest play but...AZ is just hot right now, which means they will prolly lose today lol and Peavy will pitch a no no..But I gotta take a shot..

Yeah I kinda figured...Shoulda just layed off..Oh well Peavy looks like he is back in form so that is good for the Pads...Looks like its going to be a favorites kind of day today so far...I need Philly to hang on and that will minimize my damage in the beg of the day and make it a lot easier to make a comeback tonight...Like the Nats tonight to sweep the atrocious Reds..Only problem is every Reds game I am on I usually lose either way.. Whats your thoughts on the LAD/Giant game tonight?

Last one: Angels -105..Like the Angels to bounce back tonight after losing 2 out of 3 in Seattle...Oakland beat them at their place look for some revenge tonight.. 2 Units Thinking about buying back the Dodgers play as I'm not really liking the line movement with what I am seeing...Any suggestions?
