0-3 yesterday...first o'fer in weeks....looking at some teams to avoid sweeps today...

Blue Jays RL +115 (Burnett) vs A's - 4 Units
Was playing this game regardless....but I'll take some of the RL instead of eating all that chalk. I didn't like the way the Jays matched up in the first two games, and they lost both like I thought they might....but I love them to avoid the sweep today. Jays are a great home team, and I can't see them getting swept with the way AJ's been pitching, and facing Loaiza...in his first start of 2007. Blowout at Skydome this afternoon IMO.

Royals +101 (Bannister) vs White Sox - 2 Units
Coming right back with KC to avoid the sweep. Like the starter matchup today...Contreras blows, and has already been smoked by the Royals a few weeks ago. Double-B has pitched great for KC...I don't see why KC shouldn't be a fav this afternoon. Yeah...both teams suck, but I'll take the dog with the better starter, looking to avoid a sweep any day.

Diamondbacks -220 (Webb) vs Brewers - 3 Units
A fade of "we"...the guy can't buy a win...also, I hear this Webb guy is pretty decent...

Yankees -108 (Pettite) vs Angels - 2 Units
Gotta back the (yuck) Yankees coming off that embarrasing loss to Garrett, I mean the Angels. Yanks looking to avoid the sweep, with Pettite on the hill, and the vet's been great for NY lately, and is stellar on the road. Lackey's a good pitcher, but was rocked his last time out, and has been giving up a ton of hits lately....which usually means trouble against the bombers. Loving the Yanks at a pick'em tonight.

GL today JML, was wondering what your thoughts were on the Jays today, looking to throw them in a parlay. Love the Royals today

Don't think Texas gets swept in this DH today, and they got a chance at winning both, IMO. Cabrera is wildly inconsistant, and gives up a ton of walks, which could always lead to a big inning and a loss. Olsen just plain sucks. Rangers throw out two lefties today, and the O's don't really hit southpaws all that well. I'll get a split at worst here today IMO, for a small profit.
