the sixers have been playing solid ball since the 2nd half at charlotte few games back. the young guys seem to be getting more confidence lately and im looking for them to carry over that strong play in a very winnable game for them. the hawks beat up the nets the other day but the nets were jsut plain awful. the hawks didnt seem to be in top form in recent games before that nets win, and i still beleive they are real beatable right now. i think there is a reason the sixers are dogged less than the better record nets were the other day, and the line is holding despite heavy hawk action.

the hawks are playing 2nd game since 5 game road trip, winning 1st game ATS. i found this interesting trend recently. over the last 4 years, after a 5+ game road trip teams only cover each of their next 2 games 21% of the time.
