hi:

i've never been too much of a gambler, the most betting i've done is poker with friends on the weekends and ncaa bracket once a year.

i got interested in betting on MMA and opened an account couple of weeks ago. when time came to bet, all i see is minus this and plus that, over this and under that, total, spread, money line...i had no idea what any of that meant. i started to do some homework, and learned a little bit of the betting lexicon. and since not too many of my friends bet, i thought i 'd find a place on line where people gather and talk about betting. so here i am.

my first question on the forum. is it common for an online book to not offer a line? for bodog, only the cavs vs bulls game was offered a line.
