I know this sounds crazy, but I bought 2.5 points to get the line down to the 12 that you had. I needed every bit of it to cash in tonight. (I had DAL-12 @ -170.) Dallas was up 20+ with 4 or 5 min's left and as usual, LAC clawed back to give me a scare.

Thank you for being two of the loyal posters on my threads.

Yeah I didn't like much tonight Murph... I was leaning towards Portland, but I thought the Mavs line was totally off and since I was going to be gone all night, I just put in a small play and walked away. Nice to get away from watching games 1 night a week and go roll at the lanes. We only won 1 game tonight, so I'm glad we still brought in some cash.

2½ points at -170 is a pretty raw deal though. I had the line at -13½ and I dropped -140 to get it down to -12. I don't buy points unless I think they are useful... that and I'm trying to cash out one of my offshore accounts before baseball starts and I want to get it up to 5K. Speaking of, I'm putting down $100 on Oakland A's tonight for even money. Harden says he's strong this year and this is the A's #2 starter/ace going against the Sox #4 starter. I'll take even money even if it's in Japan most days. Plus Cust is sitting for Sweeney tonight with the lefty Lester on the mound. Only real threat they got in the pen tonight is Delcarmen, so I like my chances of the A's stopping a 4 game skid against the Bosox. Hell they should have won last night. Not going to count towards any record... I'm still debating on whether I'll post/track my baseball picks here on predictem... takes a lot of time.
