sorry Kuz I just read your post.
There were a few factors. One was the fact that the Blazers were hittin at close to 60% (if I'm not mistaken) for the 1stH. Normally teams never finish the game at such a high percentage and instead they "come back to earth". Couple that with the Wiz' 43 pt 1stH effort and the fact that both teams in their last 5 games or so have avg 45-48 pts of offense in the 2ndH while giving up the same avg. amount of pts on defense.
Also, the total dropping from an opening of 190.5 to 186 raised a flag.
