JML Week 10 NFL >>>
Week 9: 7-4, +7.94 Units
NFL YTD: 52-24, +82.00 Units Most of my comments on these plays are in the WK 10 Discussion thread....not as many games this week, as I really didn't like the card too much....works out nicely though, as I have played four 1PM games, and there is a huge CFL playoff game at 4:30 on Sunday as my Riders host their first home playoff game in 19 years! GL this week everyone... Bills -2.5 -113 vs Dolphins Some people might call this one a trap game...but with the Bills steady defence, great special teams, Losman back at QB, and Evans/Lynch playing well....I call it an easy road win....Lemon starting, but looking over his shoulder at the rookie...it also looks like Zach Thomas will be out again as well... Falcons +4.5 -110 vs Panthers Carolina banged up....this should really be a pick'em, IMO....this would be a nice spot for dog ML players... Browns +10 -103 vs Steelers Inflated line due to the huge Steelers win on Monday night...but that was a gift from the Ravens with the short fields, and inept offence. Browns will put up a stiffer challenge, with a good offence, and the intensity of a divisional game that actaully matters for Cleveland. Getting double digit points here is insane, IMO. Cardinals -1 -105 vs Lions I was originally looking at Detroit in this one, but after capping the game, all things point to Zona, IMO. I'll take the home team as a pick'em... 6 Units Each GL everyone...I was also looking at the Titans...but waiting closer to gametime with so many unkowns leading up to the kickoff... Right there with you on the Bills, but I'm sticking with Detroit. Lions two road losses this year, both blowout's I'll admit, came right after Huge League wins over Vikings and Bears, so a letdown was not surprising. Or, Maybe not..

Adding... Cowboys ML -121 vs Giants Taking the better team here. Even though the Cowboys win every week, the next week the knock on them is always that they haven't played anyone. That is turning out to be false with recent wins over Buffalo, Minny turning out to be pretty good, and once again blowing out Philly gives them momentum. This is an elite team, and I prefer the multi-faceted offence with Romo feeding Witten/TO/Jones/Barber over the one-man Plaxico show. Defences seem like a wash. The "haven't played anbody" theory, in actuality relates to the home team in this one, with the Giants feeling all cozy about winning six in a row... but that could be a mirage as NY's past 5 opponents are a horrible 8-33 combined....with a near SU loss to woeful Miami last week.
