And since i've heard this little fact, it's turned around my season a bit. I've won 5 out of my last 6.

I heard this on the radio with a handicapper two weeks ago, so not so sure what the percentage is now, but 85% of the time where the favorite has WON the game outright this year, they've also covered the spread or pushed. This weekend, 6 out of the 7 favorites who won, also covered (NE being the only one). Remember, this doesn't include favorites that lose.

But if you're really a confident a favorite is going to win, but are iffy on maybe laying 7 or 10 points, just consider that little factoid. Instead of going crazy with the ML, it's prolly more worth it to just lay the points.

When you combine the probability of the team actually winning then point spread is a good 50/50 for all games.

Next time you hear him on the radio, call in and ask for another good useless fact.

not so fast the NFC Sucks and they Eagles can still get a wildcard. If they play like they did sunday night they can beat anyone. Mac5 is done, I loved watching him play, but it is hard watching him play now that his legs are gone
